My Gratitude List – Gratitude Week 4

So i thought i would end the month of November with a gratitude list, of sorts!

So many special moments to be grateful for, so many special people sprinkling their sparkle and inspiring others to be the best they can be ๐Ÿ˜Š

With everything going on in the world, we have so much to be thankful for and as we begin the festive season it’s always good to take stock and count your blessings.

Everyday, give thanks for all your littleย  treasures and you will be sure to find more!

I myself know that life can be challenging but a positive attitude can help make things easier. It’s important that you go easy on yourself, don’t give up and follow your heart ๐Ÿ’œ

This time of year can be stressful for some, I will include myself in this. By setting the intention of focusing on the good helps you prioritise the things that are important to you. Take each day as it comes, prioritise your tasks and try to avoid overwhelming yourself by achieving a few small steps each day and let the rest go. Tomorrow is a new day.

I would like to take this opportunity to say how grateful I am to our Bliss Team. ย Some changes have occurred and to those who have helped us launch and find our little place in the world I am very grateful. ย It’s like the saying “People come into your life for a reason, a season or a lifetime”. ย Julie Ann, Ruan and I wish Guy and Laura all the very best, without them we would not be here today. ย Such talented individuals with big hearts and we wish them much success in the future ๐ŸŒŸ

When I look back to this time last year, when all I had was a dream and the journal on rough pieces of paper.. it’s amazing just how far this journey has taken me. When you trust and have faith in your dreams they can happen ๐Ÿ˜Š

My-Inspiration-Journal-Gratitude-4-MIJI have met the most wonderful people along the way. Inspiring me to ‘Reach for the Stars’ ๐ŸŒŸ

To you, our Bliss Buds, I would like to say a huge thank you. I don’t think I have ever had so many hugs, well wishes and smiles. My heart swells when I see and hear all the beautiful comments on the journal. I have made so many new friends who sparkle so brightly โญ

So I end the month with gratitude. Thank you for shinning your unique light, the world needs you. Just be yourself. ย  I took some time today to use My Inspiration Journal to express my gratitude for some of the things in my life for which I am truly grateful and thought I’d share it with you.

I was reminded that people should play to their strengths. ย I try my best to and ‘My Inspiration Journal ‘ ๐Ÿ’œ can help you to find yours. When you look within you will discover all sorts of hidden magic that brings out your own unique sparkle ๐ŸŒŸ ย ย To find out more please visit our website myinspirationjournal.com.

I would also like to thank my friend Tim Feherty for the beautiful image we used as the feature image of this post. ย The shot was taken on Ballyholme Beach in County Down. ย Other examples of Tim’s work can be see HERE

‘Follow your Bliss and Sparkle’ ๐Ÿ’œ

Shine brightly everyone ๐ŸŒŸ

Gratitude Rocks – Gratitude Month, Week 3

Gratitude Rocks – Gratitude Month, Week 3

Gratitude Rocks!

These are some of the many heart shaped stones that sit on my doorstep. Staying with our theme, today I thought I would do a short blog on gratitude rocks.

With these in hand, I took the opportunity to blow the cobwebs away and head to my favourite place to be, the beach ๐Ÿ˜Š Most have been collected by my son and I… We always scour the sand to find one.. having a race to find it first! Adam normally wins, as he seems to have an internal heart magnet, bless him ๐Ÿ˜Š It’s these precious memories that I hold close and as I walk up the steps into my home I’m reminded of this. Now a few other people have joined in on the act and I have one from Scotland( thank you Fiona!) a few from Ireland. As my adventures expand with Bliss, who knows where others could come from!

Collecting Gratitude Rocks

I’m sure many of you have heard about this idea but for those who have not it’s simple. I first heard about this when reading ‘ The Secret’ by Rhonda Byrne. Look for a stone or rock, one that fits into the palm of your hand. It’s lovely to find them together as Adam and I do. You don’t have to go to the beach they can be found anywhere. Chose one your are attracted to hold it and think about something you are grateful for. Carry it with you and every time you hold it think of another. You can even hold before you go to sleep, counting your blessings and why not journal these too!

So after taking pictures of my little rocks I looked up to the sky giving thanks for having the energy and time to do this and this appeared. The clouds had formed a heart just for me ๐Ÿ’œ

A magical reminder that when you take time to notice the good in life more little reasons to be grateful magically appear ๐Ÿ˜Š

This leads me on to our logo. I chose a heart for many reasons and Julie Ann designed a gorgeous one, adding our Bliss Stars and sealing it with a little kiss x ๐Ÿ’œ

I try to work from the heart in everything I do. To me our Bliss Heart which had to be pink ๐Ÿ˜Š is at the very centre of our mission to bring more love to the world. By inspiring eachother through the heart we can make a positive difference to the world. How cool is that!

My intention today was to inspire you to notice all your little blessings. Hold them close and say thankyou for each and every one.

I am so grateful to you all for taking this journey with us. We are trying our best just like you, learning as we go. When you work from the heart you can’t go wrong and keeping an attitude of gratitude helps so much.

Thankyou for reading and sharing. Please keep sprinkling your unique sparkle far and wide ๐ŸŒŸ

Shine brightly everyone ๐ŸŒŸ

Much love,
